Control and efficiency are key critical points when you deal in frozen foods, and constant monitoring is paramount. We therefore developed a centralized distribution system for merchandise, and a decentralized system for service, with sales offices across Canada and some parts of the United States. This strategy has helped us in our daily objective of achieving the highest level of customer service.
