Alasko’s solid partnerships with its producers throughout the world have allowed us to offer the industry new and exciting quality products, unique to the foodservice trade. Alasko’s first to market approach has been recognized and applauded by many in the industry. We are constantly introducing the latest trends and establishing exclusive opportunities for our foodservice customers.

In 2005, Alasko was awarded « Product of the year 2005 – AIASQ » for its special blend of vegetables called Romanesco Vegetable Blend. This blend, imported from Belgium, is a wonderful assortment of orange and yellow carrot strips, cut green beans and the distinctive romanesco floret. This blend and many of our new and exciting specialty blends have allowed our Foodservice operators to create signature plates for the foodservice segment.
