OUR FRUITS
Our fruits are carefully selected, washed and frozen immediately after picking. No preservatives are added with the exception of our apples whereby ascorbic acid is added to prevent oxidation (browning). Our methods of processing* guarantee freshness and flavor, with year-round availability at competitive prices.
*All pieces of fruit are individually quick frozen using the IQF technology.
